Renovations

Following our initial consultation, if you express a desire to renovate your home to sell or simply to continue living in, we are happy to handle this aspect of the process for you. With over 20 years of project management across industries, Scott, our head of construction management and his team will facilitate the renovation process from start to finish. We will handle the following:

Creating scopes of work,
providing or getting needed plans,
Pulling the necessary permits,
Finding, coordinating and communicating with contractors,
Creating and enforcing timelines,
Collecting lien waivers to ensure your home is protected,

You will only need to deal with one party from start to finish. Once your renovations and repairs are complete, you may choose to put sell your home or keep living in it.
